I have two Huskies and they aren't barkers at all.

The dog doesn't bark at something specific, just all the time?

How much exercise does you cousin's dog get?

Incesent or continuous barking is usually a side affect of built up frustration/anxiety. They will release that energy anyway they can. Barking is one of the most common. They need walking. Not just running around the back yard though, no matter how big it is. They need the physical and psychological stimulation of a walk with their handler/owner. Over time it definately works!
