My pupp is too hyper

My puppy willow is way too hyper. I can train rats, but this dog... nothing like them. Im not sure how to go about it I guess. She is very large and thinks shes a lapdog. She tries to pick my kittens up by their heads... and I just dont know how to handle it. I know puppies are supposed to be hyper but she takes it to the next level. shes about 7 or eight months old. and so mutted Im not sure what she is.

Can anyone help me?
