I got super lucky and picked up a 14lb Brisket yesterday and Hoo doggie is this going to be fun!

OK so I haven't done any fun stuff in a month or so..

Working with a neighbor Jambalaya and Gumbo seem oddly readily available up here...

I'd like to hear some of your formulas for the good stuff but... Gimme a week, I'll find something to grill up and make ya mouth water..
