Dog Harnesses

Our SAR group uses Jim Noble company to make our harnesses, a mom and pop type of business. They are located in Vancouver, WA. Unfortunetly they do not have a website, and I don't think they know what a computer is. It is a very small company. They make harnesses for alot of law enforcement agencies and have tons of pictures on there walls to prove it. The harnesses seem to hold up well, and they hand paint the lettering on the harnesses.
